will of Richard Sr refers to a "brother Hendry" as well as a
"sister Hendry." Robert Hendry served as one of the executors for the will of
Richard Sr.
Robert Hendry was a witness to the will of Richard Jr.
In the same will, Richard Jr referred to "uncle Henry,"
where Henry was probably a misscription for Hendry.
A Henry Catelyn was shown as a brother by Holley very probably in
error. Richard Sr probably had
a sister, possibly a sister of his wife, who married a Hendry.

Society ms.1560 showed "Hester da of Thomas Catelyn of Norfolk
Esq." The Visitation of
Suffolk, 1612, Metcalfe, p.169 read "Paule Sydnor, son and heir of
William Sydnor by his second wife, mar. Hester da. of Thomas Catelyn of
Norfolk, Esq." British
Museum Add ms.19149 likewise gave Hester as the daughter of Thomas Catelyn
of Norfolk. The second two
citations apparently derived from the first reference.
There is every evidence that the Harleian manuscript was in error
referring to Thomas, instead of Richard, as the father of Hester. [62] See
