This was probably[7] the Thomas Sydnor of Norfolk "admitted
pensioner* at Corpus Christi College
at Cambridge University in 1683 and received a BA
in 1686/7.[8]
He was probably[9] the Thomas Sydnor who was rector* at Hempstead
parish, curate* of Hockering
parish, and vicar of Honingham
parish, all in Norfolk.[10] He
signed as vicar* of Honingham from 12 April 1690[11] to 1738 and as curate* of Hockering at the bottom
of every page of the register from 1691 to 1738.
Thomas was succeeded in 1638 by George Howes
[12] who was a grandson by his daughter Barbara
(Sydnor) Howes.
